On! exists as a statewide network of of special needs home schoolers in Pennsylvania that offers a way for families to obtain support and connect with other families in similar circumstances.  H.A.N.D.S. On! is quickly developing a database of Pennsylvania-specific resources that will allow the free sharing of information between families.  The purpose of this family resource list will be to offere support, advice, encouragement, prayer and friendship.  Contact those listed above to receive a monthly online newsletter.  The first H.A.N.D.S. On! Conference is planned for November 2003.
