The Pennsylvania Home Education Week Rally was a complete success on Friday, May 9, 2003 in Harrisburg.  Pennsylvania Home Education Association organizers report a vibrant and enthusiastic crowd.

Speech transcripts are being prepared and will be available on the PHEA website in the very near future.

Michael Krape's (age 15, homeschooler) violin solo (accompanied by his
brother, age 19, homeschool grad going to BJU majoring in music) was
beautiful. 

The dance company, directed by a homeschool grad who gives dancing
lessons and choreographs shows) did an outstanding job.

Many children The Proclamation readers also did a wonderful job.

All the legislators--House and Senate--received a homeschool info sheet, research specific to home education in Pennsylvania and pledges of support from PHEA.
